At TLC Dentistry, we are not in-network with any insurance providers. However, many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of your treatment.
As a courtesy, we will gladly submit insurance claims on your behalf to help maximize your benefits. Our team is happy to assist you in understanding your coverage and making your dental care as seamless as possible.

$299 per year includes:

(aged 14 and under)
Perio Maintenance
$359 per year includes:
- 2 dental exams
- 3 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Routine dental x-rays
- 20% discount on services
*This is a savings plan, not dental insurance. This savings plan entitles the patient to a discount on dental services rendered by TLC Dentistry only. The plan does not make payments to providers.
To participate, the plan's cost must be paid in full on a yearly basis.
These plans may not be used as a secondary insurance benefit, combined with any other discounts or special offers, or paid for by third-party services like CareCredit.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
