We’ll instruct you to wear the trays for 30–60 minutes daily for about two weeks or until you see the desired results. After your initial whitening, you can continue to use your trays and leftover gel for monthly touchups.

You can also remove them for oral hygiene and meals, so there are no food restrictions. Good clear aligner candidates include teens and adults with common dental issues such as overbites, underbites, crossbites, gaps between teeth, and crowded or crooked teeth.
We recommend clear aligners for mild to moderate tooth misalignment, but if you have a serious bite issue or severely rotated teeth, our dentists may recommend traditional braces.
